Question about 1952 topps 2nd Series Grey Backs

I was rooting around at the National and found a 2nd series 1952 topps # 134 Tipton with a grey back. I understand the grey back 2nd series cards were issued in Canada. Anyone know more or know anything about the value of such a 2nd series grey back?

The Canadian series runs 131-190. The Standard catalog prices them at $80 for commons in NM. The 3 cards that book higher are Silvera & Bell at $100 each and Billy Martin at $500.
