Who is the master of dipping coins here?

I have two coins I need someone to see if they can clean them.. I have a Silver quarter with a haze.. A ASE with those milk spots. Can these be clean to make them new or are the spots in the metal alloy there for good. Pm me and I will pay you a fee of give you a coin for your services.image

    The quarter 'may' clean up.. but the milk spots are there for the ages. Cheers, RickO
