MS64 Morgans or silver eagles?

Trying to decide whether it makes sense to get rid of MS64 Morgans and buy twice as many silver eagles. The MS64 Morgans have done nothing over the last few years and if silver goes up to say $20, I would be making twice as much per ounce. On the other hand, it only takes one promotion to run the price of Morgans from about $50 to $60 or $70.....

Any thoughts on which is the better silver play?

If you're looking to replace Morgans, I would just go with rounds and bars.

Look at the 1978-1980 era for your answer. How did choice-gem BU Morgans fare against silver bullion during those 3 years?
