Fraud is eveywhere, my Gument is the most successful Ponzi scheme ever.
It's part of the American culture, lets all defraud one another, and have a jolly ol time mate.

There is an ongoing thread about this on the US Coin Forum with some interesting comments.

    Coin Forum Thread
"Bongo drive 1984 Lincoln that looks like old coin dug from ground."
  • The bank they owed all that money too must have cleaned out all their gold and silver too. Take a look at their web store on line and check their prices its funny! I believe the company is located in the north east U.S.

This issue has been discussed extensively since yesterday on the Coin forum. It is entirely too early to talk about impropriety at NGE.

Frankly I hope that Mark and Co sues the balls off every idiot who makes slanderous remarks like that. Just to cost these people tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars EACH to defend themselves would be so fun to watch. And if you think you're "anonymous" because you don't have a profile listed, you're not.

the article uses the word fraud.

"Boston's Sovereign Bank accuses him of financing the home by fraudulently tapping into collateral he put up to secure a $35 million business loan."

so who exactly is the one who should be sued again? Sovereign bank? heh. not quite.
