2009 Lincoln....No white gloves here

SO much for the theory (mine) that Mint employees were gloves when handling coins
From a LP2 Mint wrapped roll exactly as I found it (not a DDR!)
Enough points for a CSI ID on this one....if it wasn't for the DIRT embedded in the print

I agree. I thought they had a sign in the bathroom that says "All Employees Must Wash Their Hands Before Retuning To Work"

Ahhhh...typical "Modern Crap"
<< <i>Surely they do no roll the cents by hand. I imagine they found it on the floor and threw it in the bin. Probably a maintenance person with dirty hands just trying to help. >>

Overhauling the machine, grease up to the elbows, finds a cent that fell into the works. Doesn't need to grab it, just touch it with a grease covered finger and it sticks, drop it back in the bin. Done deal, on with maintenance. All would have been well if it had gone to a bank and got sent into circulation like the original mint business plan described...but now we have a short circuit right into the hands of a.................................NUMISMATIST!!!!
Bottom line this is fraud because the coin was advertised as Mint and is actually AU.
