is this dime broadstruck with a clipped planchet

Hello I am new and I found this dime that appears to be broadstruck and has a clipped planchet. I also wonder if its a forgein planchet. Any ideas would be very much appreciated,
Thank you,
Bill

Kind of smallish pics. Can you open a free account at Photobucket.com and then upload your
pics to that site and then copy the bottom code under that pic and paste to this site.
If you want to practice before you post here then go to the "testing forum" at the bottom
    of the navigation window.
And of course WELCOME to the forum, fresh meat!

    Bill,

    Welcome to the message boards.

I would vote post mint damage (it is hard to tell with those photos).

No, the coin is the result of post-mint damage. Sorry.

Getting photo's in your post is easy folks.

After you upload it through Attach File(s)

Make note of the filename or copy it to the clip board

Select the little image icon (looks like a picture next to the B .. I .. U )

    image

Paste the image name into the script prompt

    Click OK

    Voila!
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.
