looks like a pretty moderate scratch on the cheek so my guess is ms-63, but tough to tell from these digi-pics

I want to say MS65, but I'm going to go with MS64 because I can't tell how much lustre is there.

63 based upon a slightly weak strike for a P mint coin of this era (star 11 and reverse left claw), small marks at back of neck and on shield, with what appears to be a staple scratch at the base of the olive branch on the reverse. Nice and original coin.

I guess nobody was right. PonyExpress8 was close, and DennisH caught on to the fact that he couldn't tell how much luster there was. The coin does look like this in hand, but the colors camouflage the fact that the luster isn't terribly flashy.
