Are the Forums Slow in loading or is it just me??
I keep getting an "Internet Explorer cannot display the page you requested" and am wondering if other folks are receiving the same message sporadically.

When I click Diagnose, I get prompted to join some microsoft customer group (argh!) then it determines that the connectivity is OK and the Forums pages refreshes with:

I have a real old computer. I think thats part of the trouble.
When a vacuum tube starts to go, the thing really starts acting up.
Being on AOL 4.0, I don't get all that high speed action either.
Keeps my computer from overheating though.
I get a 4800 baud rate, and that seems to do the job for most of my internet use.
I kicked it up to 9600 once, but I got afraid I'd damage the coil, so I slowed it back down.
