  • An explanation would be nice. Especially when the seller has 100% feedback the last 12 months.
  • And why am I blocking this seller?

Im suppose to JUMP because you give a name and nothing else?

  • as the title says he is a "bidder"

    not a seller
  • Well, that changes everything doesnt it...

  • So, WHY should we block this BUYER?

  • << <i>as the title says he is a "bidder"

    not a seller >>

I Still don't see your logic behind starting this thread though.

You will have to provide more specific information than just a "block this bidder"!
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

    The name is LEE!
  • What exactly does "impossible to deal with" mean?
    Explainfy?
  • Gee shark 1970- been here 7 yrs, 219 posts and we all need to block a good buyer?

Did you skunk him on a sale? or sell him garbage and he wants his money back?
  • we are a VERY long time seller of original BU nickel rolls one ebay.

he claims that the rolls we sent him were not even new, and one
    roll was only VF grade.

I hand picked the rolls and filled the order myself/

yes I have a very low amount of posts on this forum,
usually dont have time to chat, we have been on ebay for 10 years.

    thanks.

So this is more like SPAM?

I dont care what you sell, or how long youve sold, WHY should I block this bidder? You barely state why I should block him, and the more you post, the more I want to block you...

  • what the heck is your problem stinky

I already told you why this person is a problem.

  • buyer didn't ask for a refund
    didn't ask for an exchange

just e-mailed and said our product was garbage and we should
    be ashamed to offer such..then

blasted our good reputation on ebay with negatory feedback.

    any other questions???????????????????????????

  • I have no problem. You come here anfd post for everyone to block this person, with no explination, just because you said so. Then youd rather correct me than say why I should block him...

Then you say this, he claims that the rolls we sent him were not even new, and one
    roll was only VF grade.

SO he disagreed with your description?

Ok, well thats worthy of a blocking by everyone here right?

    No.

You talk more about what you sell and for how long than about the guy Im suppose to be blocking... And for somehting that doesnt even warrant a blocking.

Yea, I do have questions when you come here and spout off at the mouth to block someone.

Your last post should have been you first.

    Auction #?
Do you do pictures of the actual coins? Since you say they are "BU rolls" but you don't say they are OBW BU rolls, I would think you could show pictures of the actual roll/coin(s)
Do you do close-up pics or just a roll picture which shows nothing really?

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

  • oh stinky.....so your saying I'm the first person on here

ever to waste a few post entries on nothing important.......

    grow up.

Is that what my post said? No, you might want to read it again.

You start a thread and then give no information. The when people ask, you get pissy. Grow up? Dude, get a clue.

And youre right, this is nothing important.

So whats your ebay user name sharky?

  • <<did you post a link to the auction? >>

No. He is too busy running his mouth and making a fool of himself.

  • never mind just forget I said anything.

I'm nobody in this forum so forget it.

  • Im no one here either. I just use something called reason.

Im not trying to give you a hard time man, Im just asking why and what. If IM coming off like a ball buster, I can see why you might take offense.

Just try to explain what all happened and give the details. People like to make up their own mind, and without questions, we are all just sheeple.

    Well, let's see......
You come on here saying "block this bidder" and give NO tangible info in your opening post.
You get in a tizzy when asked for info and start your attacks.
You give no auction link so people have no idea what was in the auction (picture or statements).
We have no idea if the bidder has a history of this type of action (that his feedback may show).
You play the "woe is me, I don't have many posts so people don't believe me" card.

What I don't get is why so many posters, when questioned, get so defensive and start on attacks?

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

  • Wow, after reading the feedback and seeing your responses on here I decided to block YOU. You lied about the negative feedback....he gave you a neutral but others have negged you.

If so, then the lack of a return policy mentioned would turn me off and I wouldn't bid on any of their items.
I hate it when sellers can't be bothered to state something so simple as a return policy (ie...."none", "1 day", "3 day", "5 day", "7 day", etc)

    "Return policy not specified.
Read item description for any reference to return policy. "

Makes me think the seller would be a problem to deal with if there were any problem...and likely to be a seller to be "surprised" when someone does the paypal "SNAD" type of refund.

Now, OP, this isn't meant to be an attack on you, but a general statement for anyone who is such a "big seller" that they won't post an upfront return policy. Surely you have to know how important it is, to most buyers, to have things spelled out and not be a guessing game.....?

  • This should have been a weekend post.............image

  • Funny how the op doesnt respond here now, but will the other ebay thread he started...

Ya think its safe to say 100 here?

  • yes that's me

    "negatory"
    not
    "negative"

    hmmmm..... even makes me wonder.

I was going to let it go until I saw that wording.

I'll still let it go with no action on either side, but the "negatory" wording makes me wonder.

  • man I sure get tired of having to defend myself on here.

as I said before the buyer NEVER ASKED TO RETURN THE ITEMS

NEVER ASKED IF HE COULD EXCHANGE THE ITEMS.

ALL THE TIME E-MAILING ME SAYING OUR QUALITY WAS NO GOOD.

  • YOU ARE 100% RIGHT MsMorrisine

BUT WE HAVE NOT UPDATED ALL OR AUCTIONS YET.

  • <<man I sure get tired of having to defend myself on here.>>

Well, atleast you get a chance to defend yourself. The buyer isnt as lucky is he?

    Go whine on ebay man.

    Your feedback speaks for itself.

He shouldn't have to ask for a return-- The second you heard there was an issue with quality you should have offered a refund or exchange.
  • And we don't usually take kindly to YELLING, it doesn't come across very friendly image

  • he said it was a waste of his time to return them.

To me all those positives don't mean anything when the neutrals are all about how you did not describe the items correctly.
    Here is a tip.
If you list a BU roll of anything, make sure they are...Oh I don't know.. BU!!!
I am with the rest of the crowd, you will be on my blocked list as well.

    You referring to this feedback?

    coins-and-cards-auctions

To call for your fellow forum members to block an ebay bidder, you need to present your reasoning along with your evidence. I have no problem blocking a bidder when a good case has been made against the bidder. "Block this Bidder" is a service we all provide to one another in an effort to look out for each other. Unfortunately some people like to call out for a block when one is not deserved. Negative feedback, when deserved, is not reason to block a bidder. With what has been presented here thus far, sounds like your customer (and others) called you out on misrepresenting your product.

Repetition of ignorance is ignorance raised to the power two.
