Has anyone seen or heard from board member Capstick?

I was doing a deal with him and he has disappeared. Anybody know him? I see he has not been on the boards for about 60 days.
The only phone number I found via the web was bad.
Edit: Though we have lost communication he hasn't screwed me over or anything, dont want this to look like he is doing something wrong where I am "outing him".
