That looks nice.

I think you can get one from Capital Plastics. A much cheaper option is to wait and try to find one on eBay.

Every once in a while this pops up. I bought the holder from a board member years ago that had them custom made I think. I put this together for my little girl at that time.
Cracked out of holders and enjoyed it very much.
