No - they used to...I contacted PSA a year or two back and they stated they were getting damaged "in the holder" and no longer would grade them...they are rather flimsy stock...

I would think SGC, but dont know for sure...PSA graded the comics cut off of the roll with the wrapper on the left hand side (the longer variety)...not sure how SGC will grade the actual comics that came out of wrappers with the creases on them???

yeah, i thought they could put them in a holder , then slab them ...
