A seller has a card listed at a buy it now or best offer price and also has the card listed in a regular auction.

Ok Im no summerof68 investigator but check out this guy's buying and selling habits. He has bought numerous 86 fleer wax papers and sold a couple of packs.

One day Im gonna learn my lesson. Sent the guy payment for the card and he turns around an sells it (2 minutes after I send payment) thru buy it now. Needless to say I have to file another paypal claim which I used my credit card.

Does Ebay allow this?
