A lot of these are still going overseas... in fact, I think the majority being sold right now are leaving the country.

I sold my 2 PCGS (70's) to a Chinese fellow. IIRC they sold for 3800 each. So these have not been a good investment if you held them since the beginning of PCGS grading them. I do wish I could see them again to determine if they were PL.

No, I don't believe these are IRA'able.
