My sister called me last night saying her friend has a colonial coin that her grandfather gave her. I haven't been able to see the pictures yet (i am on a computer that does not allow photobucket) so I couldn't give her any advise. I told her to take the coin to the Baltimore show next week and have someone take a look at it. Apparently there are only 6 known in the world. The first thing I told her was it was probably fake.
I can't get the pictures below to work.. Can someone link them for me? I don't know if the are good enough to say if it is fake or not.

The real deal would be a HELL of a find, and a YOU SUCK.
Worry is the interest you pay on a debt you may not owe.
Unfortunately, a modern replica.

Too bad... would be an incredible find if it were authentic.... Cheers, RickO
