Canadian Silver?

I went through a lot of World Coins I had, and found 4 Canadian Half Dollars, from 1963-1967. Are these silver? They don't feel like 90% halves, or even 40% halves. Are they somewhere in the middle? Just clad junk?

What year did Canada stop producing silver coins?

What are they worth today?

They are .800 silver. Note, all 1967 50c pieces are .800 silver, not all the 25c and 10c are though.

Is there any way to tell if a 1967 Canadian Quarter is 80% or 50%?

I am not good enough to tell by color or sound ....

There should be a weight difference.
