My first piece of jewelry

I know it is sin to post without pics, my wife has my camera so Ill have to post it later, I found one park and cleared 50 cents an a nice piece of jewelry all
in one spot of about a foot. Back says 925/14K with a triangle mark next to it. I think its a pendant, as it is too heavy to be an earring. Overall a good
day, still no nickles!

925/14k would be gold plated silver/? Looks like Onyx too.

I'm pretty sure it means that it contains both Sterling and 14k gold, i.e. the heart itself is Sterling, and those gold-colored things are 14k

BTW, nice piece and go Phillies!

Yes, plated silver typically says something like ".925" and a secondary stamp that says "18k pt" or something like that.
