Good deal on eBay

This is a relatively good price for a relatively hard to find 10 ounce Amark stacker. I'd buy it if I was looking to get any silver right now. No affiliation to the owner or seller, just thought I'd pass it along to you guys.

Thanks ... the $6.00 s/h fee turned me off.

You'd pay more than that from Apmex.

I have one of those... never really liked that "look" and the small shape.

    Still, it's a nice price.

You'd be nearly up to a pound by the time you box it up, which would cost $4.95 to ship. A buck for handling doesn't seem out of line.

Apmex has several different 10 oz bars for $.99 over spot @ $151.70

I was talking about the shipping, not the price of the silver.

I didn't say it couldn't be done for less- I just used some rough figures based on the weight of the small PM boxes I have on hand. If you're figuring $3.21 for postage, you're shipping first class and instead of using free PM boxes, have to supply your own packaging material. As not everybody thinks dumpster diving for boxes and bubblewrap is a good use of their time, the cost of those packaging materials can rightly be included in the "turn-off" shipping fee the seller charges. Of course, the box can't be too big (or the padding you put inside too substantial) or you'll go over the 13 ounce limit for a first class package and be required to ship at Priority Mail rates, since a 10 oz. silver bar weighs nearly 11 ounces all by itself.

But I'm sure you know that already. image

WOW, Really?? I normally get charged $6-$15 for the Fractional pieces I purchase. I don't care what they charge truthfully, I just add the price of shipping into the price for item. I just cannot understand why this bothers people. This one in particular is Very Reasonable. I'm glad I offer Free shipping on my items b/c of unreasonable buyers like you.

Normal price for the bar, Not many people like them.
    Its all relative
