People have been asking, so I wanted to post a price. $2000 dlvd. That is $200 less than VCP and $350 under SMR. PM or send email to mexpo75@aol.com. Thanks.

What is that on the "M" in JIMMY??? It looks like a stain on the card, which I dont believe a PSA 8 should have a stain,.....
  • OC L/R and T/B with a stain does not make a PSA 8. What's the chances it is a fake flip or switched card?

Well, the cert came up good. It does have good corners, and the black background looks good. I would classify that as a soft 8 due to the stain though. I can't believe PSA missed that.

Bill ... I agree that the card does not belong in an "8" holder based on the "stain". However, I think it falls within the parameters of an "8" based on centering ... I have it 43-57 t/b and 55-45 l/r.

I'm not too familiar with this card, but is that "stain/mark" common on this card? Is it a printing mark or truly a stain?

I do not profess to be anywhere near an expert, but when I look at the mark on the front, it appears to be more of a printing error than a stain. The corners are very strong, good enough for an 8 centering, and as someone said the background is very strong also. The BEST 8 I have seen in this card? Of course not, but there have been many which looked inferior to this one.

OK, then it should have a PD qualifier instead of a ST qualifier.

It is what it is. They say it is an 8, I take it as an 8.

  • THEY screw-up, often...although it does appear to be a nice card with marginal centering for a true 8, it is clearly flawed for a true NM-MT 8, it CLEARLY appears to me that it should have been slabbed with a PD or ST qualifier. If you really want to sell it, put it up on the 'bay at a price that you are willing to part with it at, I doubt that a serious buyer will pay a premium, but perhaps a novice will...who knows...rubes are the heart of the 'bay...When It Was....................
    I NEED HANKS!!!
  • Since everyone is tiptoeing around the issue, there is no way in hell PSA misses a stain/print defect that is that obvious. My opinion is that it is a fake flip, fake card or someone cracked the real PSA 8 out and inserted a real or fake one to replace it.
  • I'll offer $225.00 for it in that condition and then resubmit to get the true/honest grade on the card.image
  • The left to right centering is easily good enough for an 8.
