He sure is anxious to exchange positive feedback. How can a man ask for positive feedback?
You think Clint Eastwood would ask that? You feel lucky, punk? You want to pull those pistols or you want to go on ebay and exchange positive feedback?

    Don't respond anymore.

    Do what Storm said.

He's 14 years old and has nothing else to do but make up stories to try to get a free card. Then he'll tell his buddy Ryan and they'll go do it again and again.

In the meantime, I have sent him this message which I received no response to (which I did not expect). But it didn't even slow the weirdo down. At this point, I feel like I am being stalked...image

    Aaron:

A follow up Invoice through eBay was sent to you at 3:12pm yesterday (4/2/09). Paypal payment payment can only be received from the BUYERS ACCOUNT. Additionally, the shipping includes USPS Delivery Confirmation and 1st Class Postage. If you want INSURANCE AND PRIORITY MAIL, you can add the INSURANCE to the invoice sent to you, but the card will be mailed 1st class in a bubble envelope just as the auction states. Please advise on what your plans are. Your initial email stated that you would be sending a MONEY ORDER with Delivery Confirmation on 3/19/09. I have not received this, but if you do you have the Tracking Number for this package, the USPS can at least track it down for you in lieu of you making a duplicate payment. Aaron, I have never had a transaction go in this direction before and would like to get it completed, but I won't complete it outside of eBay standard buying/selling policies. If you are not going to mail payment or if you won't be paying with your own PayPal account, please let me know and we can both walk away from the transaction with no hard feelings. Just let me know either way, because I would like to get this resolved.

    Thanks again. Mike

Wouldn't it be safe now to just ship it to the other guy if he paid?

The nut can't put in any claim cause he didn't pay and can't prove that he did, someone else did pay, you send it to the guy that did pay with confirmation and he can't claim he didn't get it either.

Seems like you could still go through with the NPB because the nutcase never paid. You get your fees back and still sold the card.
