Who owns Kitco?

And who does John Nadler report to?
I tried to read his column once again, and once again I got sick of the "agenda" before I could even finish the column.
Which got me to thinking, does a consortium own Kitco. Is it a publicly traded company, or private? Without actually doing any research myself, I'd say up front that it's got to be a closely-held private company and that the principals must have to kind of close ties to Comex.
Am I wrong, i.e., is my conspiracy theory crazy or simply unproven?
Added, I'll be doing some research myself if nobody else knows...
