Found my first coin today!

Recently aquired my first MD from Purple! Today was the first day over 40 degrees. My 4 y/o daughter wanted to play outside so we decided to try the MD out in the yard. First hit showed up as a cent 2" deep. Sure enough about 2" down we uncovered a lincoln cent. The next hit showed dime I think about 2" down. Dug it up to find a small round piece of a pop can that must have been chewed up with the lawnmower. Was only out a few minutes and dug 4 holes. The other 2 didn't result in anything for some reason. It was a great time and my daughter really enjoyed it. I think I may have a partner :-).
