Do you think the prices of modern cards will collapse?

    Something can only be valuable as a collectible if it was once NOT valuable as a collectible.

    Modern cards have value built into them from day one, meaning there really isn't much appreciation to be expected.



    I agree with this statement 100%.

    As to all the other stuff... it's too deep for me. Good luck to everybody.

    If this statement is true, then does it not kill every single Tiger Woods collectible out there? When was the last time you saw a Tiger Woods collectible NOT valuable?

    Sometimes I hate it when I'm right.
    So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts
