Is this the same "Donald" whose Atlantic City Casinos are going bankrupt? Wouldn't payment of the creditors be a more judicious use of any spare funds rather than buying a golf course?

Yikes! That could present some formidable hazards. We've already got the stupid geese, imagine adding bison droppings to the mix.... The place is surrounded by houses and parkland... I played up until my last back surgery, funny thing most of my Dr.s told me it was great therapy to stretch and rotate my radius of my spine, but most spys of pensions and Disability payments thought different. I had many IME's to see if I was still unable to work.. After many companies saw the metal, screws and rods in my spine and nerve damage, they agreed that it was a good thing to get out sometime and play golf..
See the average human in our world is just stupid.. Smart in education, but stupid in common sense..
How can a person like me, or a fireman, policeman or their mother/father that had a life changing injury constantly be judged each and everyday/time when they see someone getting paid and not working. Then seeing them play on tax payees dollars.. The answer is simple, they are failures within themselves.. If you ever think you can fight someone for a theory, well my friend you are fighting the wrong fight.. End of story so move on.. You will never know what I live through each day or that fire fighter that lost his life in 911 or any other accident that is still living..
Well, I can remember buying discount golf books, you know play Monday thru Thursday for $22.00 and a cart for 18 holes, but draggin my Azz to finish 9.. Playing at some pretty damn nice top notch golf courses. For the rest of the able people it costs, Friday thru Sunday the cost was $125-$150 a round.
I can see why many golf courses are failing.. My county just bought a Ice Rink for 10 million dollars and it has lost over $600,000 in the last two years in revenue.
Also they bought a private golf course and they have broke even, in the last 3 years of new ownership.. They put that Parks And Recs title on it so it can receive extra dollars and other exempts from you tax payers all over the country.
I will tell you why Trumps new course will be successful in VA...
YOu have a certain type of people living in VA.. Chinese, Japanesee and High class idiots that taint our Federal Govt. From Ft Myers VA, thru Crystal City VA, thru Rosalynn VA, to Washington Dc. It's funny how VA, Maryland and DC people are in this area, all a different breed. It's called the Delmarva, Delaware, Maryland, Virgina.. Virgina has the highest tax rate per cap in the Delmarva..
So, I am affraid of many private courses collasping as many public courses will be sold also.. JMHO.. Yaha
