I'd like to find out who all the signers are.

Above the serial looks like Bob W Angel ? looks more like Angell

Left side in blue looks like Clay Edwards

Bottom right looks like.. John W S.... something

Oh a marked scan, hmm will look some more.

dd looks like Jeff C Quash or something to me lol

You do know there is one between 5 and 6 ?

looks like Posaro Marin maybe Posariu or Posaru ? another tricky one

and the John W S... one I mentioned, just above 9 ?

Rare Sov -- you might just get something for the effort, but what I am actually looking for is verifiable identification.
But the leads may help from such a handwriting expert as yourself!
