Considering all the hoopla over the UHR, I began to wonder which of these two coins is really the most desirable.

Or, are both of these modern gold issues really good to get into your collection? Why?

I think this is a silly statement (hopefully, tongue in cheek). Unless the coin has an obvious defect, I cannot tell the difference and do not care what assigned the grade is. I would never have my own RP slabbed.

oh yes, most certainly I was joshing about the 69s. Hence my quote around "settle." I'd be quite happy with a PCGS 69 reverse proof AGE, I do believe!


*given this supposed, declining market, at what point does one decide to re-acquire a RP AGE and pull the trigger?

I have a 2006 first strike PCGS PF70 whatver.

It is tucked away in a bank vault for my future grandson.



He will let us know if it was worth keeping.
