Thanks for contacting Live Search cashback regarding your recent payout failure. We have attempted numerous times to send the payment to the PayPal account used to pay for the eBay purchase. After working with PayPal to understand the failure, we think the account may need to be reviewed by PayPal CS, or your cashback account may not reflect the payment has been posted correctly to your PayPal account. Please take the following steps:
· Log into the PayPal account you used to pay for the eBay purchase. Confirm that the payment does not appear in the account.
· If the payment does not appear, please contact PayPal Customer Service to have your account reviewed. Go to www.paypal.com and click on the Contact Us link for PayPal support.
· After PayPal Customer Service confirms the account can receive funds, please reply back to this email with your PayPal account email address and we'll attempt to send the payment again.
Thanks for your patience as we worked with PayPal to understand the reason for failure.

Something smells like fish here. I just got 3 payments from buyers paying their ebay auctions just yesterday.
So I just wrote Paypal giving them the transaction id's and this email maybe now I'll get my money in a day or so. Stay tune I will let you guys know.
Also to the members that think you can't have 2 or 3 accounts. As long as you sign up using different ebay accts and different Msnlive.com accts using the correct ebay/sellers information there is nothing wrong.
I used mine up and my wife used hers or I used hers to buy. All legit. All legal and I am sorry that some people still feel bad things on others when they were told before and am telling them again mind your own business. Unless you have full facts don't pass judgement.
The system can be worked in many ways if it's legal and in this case it's legal.
Bought a ton of Gold coins at a cheap price. I used the gimmick and just waiting for my final refund. I read on here some people are having problems just like I, and trying to give them helpful intel. As some monsters on here tell me I never have nothing nice to say. Well I do. I buy U.S. Gold coins and think this is a good place to touch base on this issue.
Called paypal and they say they see I got a few payment back in December for $1,200.00 and see that MSNlive has been trying like the to deposit my other $1,300 smackers. Kristy from Paypals marketing dept. says you will get your money, hang in there sir. I told her the chain you have around my neck is tightening everytime you open your mouth.
Oh well, as soon as I, get it. Will let you guys know.
