Let say a coin from a ex famed collection is bought by a crack-out dealer who shoots for an upgrade...
then dumps the coin the second it comes back the same grade.
If you can prove with prior auction pics that it's the same coin...

That was my thought too, except for the offer part, don't need one, don't want one, unless it's free.
