How does one become an authorized PSA dealer?

Out of boredom I checked the authorized PSA dealers in Louisiana. There aren't any. I also couldn't find any kind of qualifications or special instructions on becoming a dealer. How the heck do you become one?

  • You should just self-appoint yourself one. After seeing your knack for arson I don't think they will stop you.

Don't they consider anyone that has a membership a dealer? I mean, you sub cards and you deal them to others via ebay or other means.

I don't know what else a "dealer" does besides that.

Q: How do I become a PSA Authorized Dealer?

A: There are several requirements for becoming a PSA Authorized Dealer:

Applicant must have been a full-time dealer for at least two years.

Applicant and key employees must not have been convicted of a felony in the past five years.

Applicant must have capitalization of $10,000 or more including inventory.

    Minimum of three credit references.

Minimum of 3 PSA Authorized Dealer references.

Applicant must have endorsed PSA in the past by having cards/tickets graded by PSA, and buying and selling PSA-graded cards/tickets.
If you feel you meet these requirements, please contact Customer Service at (800) 325-1121 or info@psacard.com

Q: As a Collectors Club member, can I submit cards/tickets for my customers? Can I advertise that I am a PSA submission center?

A: Unless and until you are approved as a PSA Authorized Dealer, you may not advertise to accept cards/tickets from the public for submission to PSA. You can, of course, advertise to buy and sell PSA cards/tickets, and submit your own cards/tickets which are owned by you or a member of your immediate family. Only PSA authorized dealers may submit cards/tickets for members of the public.
