    Medicinal use of silver. It's a very healthy thing to do.

    Making your own is quite a bit cheaper then buying colloidal silver already prepared.

    There is a group of folks that swear by the healing/positive effects of using colloidal silver.

    I am sure that this is the exception buttttt like anything...there are risks.

    I have known folks that use/drink it .... butttt I have shyed away from it myself.

    what health benefits does silver give you?

    what about eating gold or platinum or palladium???

    I've been taking it for about 10 years, not everyday but during cold/flu season or when I get a sore throat. It has been used for centuries and kill all known viruses and bacteria and has no drug resistance. The tool that turned blue had high concentration for a long period. Most commercial blends have around 10ppm and your home brewers lack any testing methods. Ever hear of "Blue Bloods", it has been speculated that during the "Great Plage" that royalty was protected due to the silver plates, glasses, and silverware they used which turned their skin a blueish-gray in color. It was replaced by antibiotics but can be used in items such as fresh milk to prevent bacteria from growing keeping the product from spoiling.

    You use silver as an antibacterial agent and don't even know it.

    Ever been to a hospital? It lines the ventilation ductwork. Ever drink filtered water? It's used in the better filters and worldwide for safe drinking water.

    Many prescriptoin drugs contain different forms of silver. Burn patients that used to routinely die now survive due to silver.

    All the supposed "risks" involed regarding colloidal silver have been shown to be false on further inspection.

    Silver kills over 6000 known harmful bacteria on contact, yet it has no effect on the bacteria in your large intestine. Odd? Not really. I find it serendipitous.

    It was used to preserve food and dairy in the years before refridgeration. It's probably still used for that somewhere.

    Drinking colloidal silver is commonly known to have beneficial health effects. There's really no valid dispute there.

    It's just taken years for modern medicine to finally re-recognize it.

    Everyone has their own comfort level.

    I believe that Silver for external use has a lot of good points....and I use it with good results.

    Silver for internal use.... I will pass.

    As far as Gold, Pt and Pl for health benifits.... we could all search/site positive/negitive examples all week.

    I do know that hollow Pt spheres with tiny holes are being tested with anti-canser drugs because the

    spheres can be implanted right where the canser is and the Pt does not react with immune system.

    BUTTTTT......

    This same technology is what the Russians have used to kill folks....by putting poison in the sphere.
