The Jeter is authentic, that is one of his early career examples. eBay had a few index cards like that in PSA/DNA slabs awhile back... Whenever those autographs pop up they bring debate but that IS one of his early autograph examples.
From what I can tell, the Jeter is legit, just not a very nice looking version. The seller is somehow related to itsinthegrade if I'm not mistaken. I don't know if the guy that was behind the itsinthegrade ID still works for JSA or not.
why to people slander people before they do any research on the subject at hand. Its like the poor guy with those 206s who had a bad scanner. The thread probably cost the man some money. If you arent sure post "what do you think about this one?" Everyone is so fast to jump to a conclusion. If that was your card Im sure you wouldnt be happy.Just my 2 cents

Look at the auction picture and you tell me if that looks authentic.
It has the form of the early signature BUT the pen flow and loops do not match up. I think someone just tried to replicate an authentic signature, sent it to Beckett, got lucky and it passed authentication.
any time the word sweet is in an auction listing I pass it by.About autos, these guys(popular) have so many different sigs its hard to tell unless you have a known good copy which I hope these authenticators have.I got a mcgwire sig on a bat in person and it looks nothing like his other sigs. Some people told me its his ballpark sig(what he signs at stadiums if he signs at all).About the card in question I assume the authenticator has a known good copy of that signature.I never post any sig and say it is fake because of the many autos i have obtained in person which sometimes differ greatly from year to year and place to place.

<< <i>The question should be how can it be 325.00?
Steve >>
Well duh, because it's on a "sick", "sweet", ROOKIE CARD and that makes it "mojo"
To you maybe. So you are saying that the auto on a 20.00 card is 300.00?
I doubt very much that it sells at that level. Especially since Jeter is such a prolific signer.

$300+ is pretty steep for Jeter auto
Just my opinion
