I'm far from hiding. I have been around a little bit, in between taking care of family and work. I don't live on here like some of you guys do.
I just won't play your little game, and no one shut me up. I said what I had to say on the matter in the public area of this forum. I am not going to burn a bridge with a friend who gave me some info, just to please some clowns on this forum who want a big old soap opera. Mnmiracle and I discussed in private, and that is where it will stay.

There are some good people on here, but those are the guys who don't pile on a person, just because it's fun to see how much drama/hatred they can create for a person who is being picked at.
I will say this much, even the original seller who sold the card directed the finger to mnmiracle. Maybe you should talk to him.
Yep, I did say what mnmiracle done for a living, and I know some of his buying habits.
As far as the auto, I have seen fakes that were better. I have a strong opinion that this auto is not real.

For someone that says they couldn't care less, you sure seem to care an awful lot.
I'm certainly not well liked around here, by you and many that are currently riding your tail, so I hope I'm not considered part of the group "piling on." Many on this board speak about things they have little or no knowledge of and pass it off as if they are experts. They don't or won't cite their rationale for what they post or provide reasonable proof other than to say that they "know" or that they've "been told." You, STM, are equally as guilty of this. I couldn't care less what some on here claim to know or who they like or dislike. But when people pass things off as factual and others willingly accept such as unadulterated fact, then there is an issue.
I may be a complete azz to some, but I will not make a post claiming something is factual unless I am willing to back my words financially. Unless someone is willing to back up their statement or claim, such determinations or opinions should be noted as being opinions. I have had a few people ask me about cards and their authenticity. I will usually state that whatever I say is just my opinion based upon the information provided. However, in some cases, I will provide a concrete answer and if the person acts on my word and gets burned, I'm willing to cover their expense. My word means more to me than dollars and cents.
To put it simply, if you're going to shoot off youor mouth about what you know and how certain you are, then be willing to back it up if someone is foolish enough to take you up on it. Otherwise, be more selective about what you say and how you say it.
And to those that post an image and expect others to tell them with the utmost certainty what the condition is, be wary of the replies. Advice should be taken with a grain of salt. Relying on the responses of some that may just be padding the post totals can be dangerous!

You know what, it's not cowardly to protect someone's name and all the info they disclosed to me in confidence. Especially, when you promised them that you would keep them out of it, since they don't want to be involved in all the drama that is taking place. I will take the garbage from guys like you, if that is what it takes.

I have been on here for over a year. I have sold many items/cards to members of this forum, and helped others with baseball signatures when they asked me to. I have never had one complaint about ripping someone off, or cheating anyone for any reason(because I have not).
I have never been a member make accusations about Ebay sellers on this board since I have been here(until this Pujols card). We have this one deal where I won't disclose info that a person gave me in confidence. Now, I am some horrible person just because certain ones want to jump on the bandwagon and start trying to make me out to be so terrible.
Very convienent that this is now an issue.
No mention of anyone else was made during the time you were posting away on how you knew for a fact
where he bought it, slept with it, etc.

A few things:
I almost NEVER think that there are "two sides to every story."
Experience has shown me that is simply NOT usually the case.
STM, in part, brought the "attack" on himself. There was absolutely no
reason NOT to out the ID of the first buyer. It is NOT secret; I
got it and others could have gotten it, too. The "attack" would
NOT have come, if STM had simply given the info he had.
There will still be those who doubt STM's account of the two IDs
being the same actor. I am not one of those, unless miracle can
convince me otherwise.

First off, I did not bail. In between doing the family thing, and working, I was checking my pms on here.. I went back and forth in pms with Ryan(mnmiracle) trying to get him to come clean, publicly, instead of me having to do it to him. He kept dodging facts I was tossing at him, and he knows that I had all the info to bust his chops. Now, I have ticked off a friend by posting the info, but I thought some folks should eat a bit of crow for all of the nasty things you guys said about me.
