Hawaii State Quarter Error? Is this anything special?

It appears that something like part of the "D" (an arc of it) imprinted itself above the raised "D" on this Hawaii state quarter. What looks like a shadow above the "D" is actually an impression that was made at the Mint (not after-Mint damage). Is this anything special...or should I spend it? If it has a value above face, what would your estimate be?
I found this in a roll of Hawaii state quarters and there were no others in that roll or another that I got at the same time.

This arc is incuse...basically "struck".
So, I take it that your vote is "spend it"?
Why let it get beat up ? 2x2 flips are just right for such coins and even if it is insignificant, it's still an oddity.
I keep mine. I have a speared president on one of these statehoods ( I believe it's Oregon) , a die gouge that looks like Marty's rubber chicken.(2006 D Lincoln), Edge lettering error on a JQA that TD even said is a "legit" error. Value or worth doesn't matter to me. When I search rolls or put the loupe to coins ,it's with a goal in mind. Find anomalies ! Don't spend it even if it's insignificant. Future geeks will become specialists from coins such as those we find while searching.
I figure if a "speared" buffalo can be worth some money, why can't something like this? I just don't know nor understand that whole market.
I love coins that have minor and major problems. I am a coin caretaker.
