MEGHRIG WLH album with coin pics

Picked this "Empty" album up years ago at an old time B&M coin shop.
Filled all except 38D going thru his 50c "Junk" silver.
Those were the days hanging around the "back of the shop"
$2 for any half in the Bin.
Anyone know when this album was made?

I don't know when Meghrig made the GEM series, but I love the look of those albums.

I've never seen that album brand before....but I bet you could get some sweet toners by storing AU/BU coins in there for a few years!

Manufactured in the late 60's through the 70's. They were still doing business in Los Angeles on Wilshire Blvd in the Miracle Mile in the mid 80's primarily wholesaling coin and stamp supplies.

Those albums are still available here---http://meghrigsupplies.com/ But they must be handled carefully as, due to age, the spine cracks very easily. They are quite fragile.

And yes-they can impart some fabulous toning to the coins therein.
