Count me in!! How about also including ANACS?

I have been dying for one. I have been going through my extras trying to get together enough stuff to try to start some kind of lame "poor man's" tag. I would prefer that ANACS coins be accepted (at whatever discount), but would absolutely love to join whatever the particulars end up being. Thanks for starting this thread.

    Hey TC71,

Looks like you've got yourself a tag ready to roll.

Let's keep the # of entrants down so it doesn't take forever, OK!

I can wait until the 3rd week of Jan., but how about a ruling on ANACS slabs? How have they been Valued in the past? It seems to me like it was PCGS at PCGS price guide, NGC at something like 90% of PCGS and ANACS at 80 or 85%. I've never participated in a tag, though, so I don't really remember what I've read.

    The Rules:

    1. I will list contents of the TAG box when we come to an agreement in trade. I will list what is taken and what is put into the Tag Box.
    2. Keep the TAG box no longer than SEVEN days, so that we can keep this in a timely fashion.
    3. You can trade up to any dollar amount that you desire.
    4. PCGS/NGC/ANACS Slabbed Coins ONLY!
    5. Ship VIA United States Postal Service (USPS) Registered Mail ONLY!
    6. Post USPS Registered Mail Tracking Number to the coin tag thread when package has been shipped.
    7. Values for PCGS coins are rated VIA the PCGS Price Guide, NGC coins will be 90% of PCGS Price Guide, ANACS 85% of PCGS Price Guide.
    8. A Cash purchase option is available. If you want to work out a cash deal, please PM me.
    9. PCGS Old Green Holders (OGH) will bring a 5% premium and PCGS First Generation Holders (Rattlers) will bring a 10% premium.
    10. No Problem, Net Graded or ‘Genuine’ slabbed coins.

    SHIPPING, CUSTODY AND LOSS:

The wholesale value of the box is $3500.00. You are fully responsible for the care and custody of the coins in your possession. If the coins are lost or stolen, you will have to reimburse me, TorinoCobra71, for the full predetermined value of the box, $3500.00, so please be careful! The coins will be shipped VIA USPS REGISTERED and INSURED mail in a NEW, USPS FLAT RATE BOX, NO EXCEPTIONS! You can get free boxes from your Post Office (PO) or you can order them for free at the PO website. Do NOT ship "certified", and do NOT ship via UPS, Fed Ex, etc. These services do NOT cover losses to coins! For those who have not shipped via USPS registered mail, you will need to get the paper tape and seal all edges of the box so the clerk can stamp each tape line. You will also need to fill out a USPS Receipt for Registered Mail.

If you can set us up so the box doesn't go back and forth across the country, and you have to move me in the rotation thats OK too.

As I PMed, I could use the time, to look for better Tag items.

I am 100% in. Thanks for agreeing to include ANACS. I can handle any order at all. Trying to keep a somewhat straight geographical line makes sense to me. Also, I wouldn't mind going after Boom, as I love his quarters. For the most part, though, you won't hear me cry foul regardless of the chosen order.

I just hope that all of the plastic in the box doesn't crack as it expands/contracts as the coin box leaves the cold climates to come out here to the lovely SoCal weather and then has to leave here again to get back to the winter cold image Maybe we'll wrap them in a blanket before we send them off image Time to go to the beach!!! image
