Piggyback Sub Help

Good day,
Had a Piggyback sub worked out with a board member here, they had an emergency and had to back out. I have 60 cards I want to get sub'd before Jan when the bulk rate goes from $6 to $7 for 100 cards.
Anybody....Need 40 cards sent to me ASAP.
