4 years ago Stone and I nominated Zef as poster of the year, the following year I nominated Stone and last year it was Rube.

This year I'd like to nominate Lawnmowerman.

Although Matt is a worthy choice for his organization of the Secret Santa.....I have to nominate a "vintage " guy. My nomination is Perkdog aka Paul. Thoughtful, generous, and MOST importantly he started THE BEST THEAD on the board "Love the Vintage Football."

my head and the 54 bowman-that was one of my 3 200$ gifts this year, matts emmitt helmet, pauls 52 bowman large 8,& the 54 mantle for tnttonpms's son, aint seen him since, used to talk to him everyday, hope he didnt fall of a chimney and go splat or something, he had a job like spiderman hanging off buildings,didnt come on to tell me happy bithday or nothin

I was thinking of Nick as well. He is definetly one of the best guys around.

I would like to give LawnmowerMan my vote. He's role and significance on this board is so vital and important, I usually rush downstairs to get online even before I kiss my wife in the morning or check on our 2 little ones. Plus he's always giving things to people, maybe never me, but he's always giving.

Yes, Matt is interesting and entertaining, with a terrific sense of humor, and adds a lot of fun to these forums which is one reason I come here - for the fun...and with Matt's interest in Emmitt Smith cards and other cards, he of course is a fine asset (whatever that means

) to the card collecting community.

But I'd like to mention Storm888 as an honorable mention. Frankly, his posts here are extraordinary and we are very lucky to have him posting here. Matt, and others here are great when I'm in the mood for a good laugh, and with my high pressure job, I could use a good laugh often...but the fantastic posts from Storm888 help make me money, help save me money, and increase my knowledge of the hobby - that in my view should be recognized and I for one am very appreciative.
