You have my permission to post all of my sub results. I submitted 11 cards and I have already made my predictions on all of my cards. See some where around page 3 or 4.
On Dec. 17th, three 1983 OPC psa 10 cards sold on Ebay. The three cards were All-Stars cards of R. Carew, S. Carlton, and D. Murphy. The three prices were as follows: $11.38, 11.76, & 61.00. Murphy was the 61 dollar card. The Registry may have something to do with this, but I also believe that it has a lot to do with collectability of D Murph!
DM was one of the kings of the 80's, only Mike schmidt hit more homers in the 80's and Murph won two MVP's on a bad Braves teams. This was before Bobby Cox's successful second run.
I say this only so that I can say PUT HIM IN THE HALL OF FAME!!!!!!!
MEMO TO ALL SPORTS WRITERS: If you elect Murphy into the hall of fame I will donate my soon to be PSA 10 1992 Topps Mitch Webster to cooperstown for permanent display!
<< <i>Yeah, they don't really like it when you send submissions in with beer stains and cigarette ashes on them. >>
I don't smoke or drink around my cards or my kids. I have poured beer on a 1996 Donruss Terrell Owens rookie recently and set fire to a 2008 A&G Les Miles card though.
what was the issue bill? nothing serious i suspect, just wondering.

Ahhh, I'm not worried. This is just that tough limbo time between having it received and having the grades pop. It always seems like an eternity, but in all actuality, it's right on time. After all, it's A LOT of cards we're talking about, and all different kinds. Have faith.

Actually, it's in limbo between having a problem which put the submission on hold being rectified and having that hold removed. I don't understand why it would take so long. I realize they were closed last week Thursday & Friday, but let's get the grading process started already. They've had the cards for 12 days now.
Here's why I have faith in the system, this guy's sub popped pretty fast! Honestly, I won't complain if it takes a full 45 days, we got a great deal. Of course, it's the same deal as the January Special now, but who's keeping track!
I would like to see it off of hold though. (fingers crossed)
I have to thank Bill for staying on top of it like he has been. (thank you Bill)
