Nolan Ryan pure 23 Karat Gold $20 stamp

I dont know what this is worth. It is a $20 stamp. It says baseballs all time greats, Nolan Ryan 5000 major league strikeouts, August 22 1989 Arlington Stadium. It has 2 pictures of Nolan Ryan. One he is pitching looks like a baseball card. The other is a stamp. It says st vincent on top, $20 in the corner and nolan ryan on the bottom. It says it is 23 Karat pure yellow gold but it doesnt say anywhere how many grams. I cant find any information online about this card/stamp.
