My biased opinion is Rhode Island.

My un-biased opinion is West Virginia,
with honorable mentions to Hawaii, Utah, Montana, North Dakota, and Oregon.

I have to go with Alaska. Zeebob, I have to think his vote was tough in cheek, as well as Lindedad. While I sailed Narragansett Bay in Rhode Island for a number of years, and like their design, Alaska is number one in my book and Maine is number two.
