100% Feedback is a complete joke

I hit a BIN from this seller 2 weeks ago, and paid immediately. He had 300+ feedback, with a 100% rating, so I wasn't worried. Now, with no card and no response from him, I see that 2 of his most recent 8 feedbacks are negs:

3 feedbacks this week then no other feedback for the previous year. did you email him or did you call him. as the buyer get his contact info and give a ringy ding on a cell phone. An you payed with feepal, so your ass is covered right?
