I'll be there Friday when the doors open. I'm really looking forward to this show and meeting many of the folks here, especially the ones who don't ordinarily travel to this part of the country.

I will be there from start to finish and would welcome all to stop by my bourse table and say Hi! It should be a great show.

  • I have been giving this show some serious consideration all year...

...and since I do have a table reserved and paid for, I guess I'll show up...image

Main Room (if that is an appropriate term) in the back left corner... all three days...

Matter of fact...I have 2 tables reserved and I am sharing one of them with another forum member, Barberman55 aka Dan F... (warning...shameless plug coming up...check out Dan's website for a preview of some of the coins he'll be bringing to the show image )

Please do stop by and say "Hi!"...

I may have not one, not two, but three bodyguards with me at this show. And they're tough. image

Everything's been going wrong here for me, so it is possible now that I WON'T get there at all like I had originally planned. I am going to try and get there Sunday but I likely won't know until Saturday night if I am going or not-and I may or may not have computer access to get on here and post about it!!

You'll know which side of the table is mine, as it won't be filled with stuff that make you scratch your head and say "John, what the heck is THAT?" It should be a good time. >>

Cool. I plan on stopping by JK's table. I would love to see some Coins That Matter, too. image

*sigh*... Friday is now not happening for me. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I could free up for a couple of hours on Saturday morning but it's unlikely at this point. I really need someone to schedule a major northeast show that doesn't coincide with one of my kids' birthdays.

I'll be at Table 326 along with Joe O'Connor from Friday through Sunday. I'll be bringing some fun numismatic and non-numismatic newps from my recent trip to Europe, including some stuff that should really make Joe scratch his head.

Stop by with questions and curiosity. A checkbook wouldn't hurt either.

    I am going Saturday.

I am bringing some neat stuff to the show to be slabbed.

    (1) For PCGS - 110 2001 year buffalo silver dollar commems that have never left their boxes since I received them from the US Mint in July/August 2001. I still have another 55 in the raw waiting to see how I do on this first batch

    (2) For ICG - 95 2006 Purple Heart Hall of Honor Dedication Medals (November 10, 2006). These are medallions issued as a dedication medal for the new Purple Heart Hall of Honor in New Windsor, NY, the site of the last encampment of George Washington against the British in 1783 when he awarded the very first award to a soldier for his suffering an injury at war later called the Purple Heart medal.
These medals have long been sold out.
