    The obverse is very hard to grade from that picture. Could be a 63 - though if I were bidding on it I'd only pay Unc.

    Reverse - 65 - can you see all the letters in "Commonwealth of the Philippines" on the banner scroll?

    Obverse - are those scratches at the feet of lady liberty?? I like the original toning though! And there appears to be strong luster.

    They appear to be cracks, but they are so tiny its almost impossible for my eye to tell if they are incused or raised even with a 10x glass. Notice that the "line" stops at her right shin and picks up again between her claves? Hard to imagine being able to scratch a coin in such a miniscule and protected area as that. I'll try to get a close-up photo of the area in question.
