Can you give PCGS or NGC a coin to put into a sample slab?

Unless you know somebody special, I'm guessing this is not possible.

I believe some forum members have. Just takes some volume and money, and reasonableness on the slab.

Most services will do it with a certain amount of coins, an approved label by them and a fee they charge.
