1977 low mintage San Marino neat toner find

I have had this for awhile and noticed it has toned a nice electric blue just sharing a few photos and wondered if anyone has seen one like this?

    I do not see to many of these coins anywhere, low mintage of 120,000 or 180,000? but none listed at the last check on any of the population reports at PCGS or NGC

    When did 140,000 of anything become "scarce"? If you totaled the ENTIRE first 12 years of silver proof pandas, you have a maximum of 199,000 coins. Thats 12 years worth of coins. Yet even at just 10,000 mintage, I dont even consider the inaugural 1983 to be "scarce".
