On 9/26 PCGS logged in my 2 2006 20th Anniv. ASE's for milk spot review. I received an email yesterday informing me that they could not remove the spots & that I had an option for a cash out or lower grade with cash out. I opted the cash out, because the amount that was quoted appears to be higher than what the coins are selling for on eBay. PCGS PR70 DCAM FS 20th Anniv. & PCGS MS69 FS 20th Anniv coins.

I think I recall you mentioning these spotted SAE's awhile back!
