"Vintage card prices has this card priced at $30...while you may think $50 is a good deal, it is obviously not....and even more not so in a down economy!"
You have a lot of nerve calling out that CU member for being A FEW dollars over VCP average, when all these cards you're offering are well over VCP average. The VCP average on a 1953 Topps Dick Kokos is $387.51 and you were asking $475 so who are you to say anything to anyone. So, it's OK for you to price YOUR cards well over the VCP average, but call out another member for doing it (on a lesser scale) in his own selling thread?
PS - Comparing the Kokos to Dick Sisler card is like comparing apples to oranges. The Dick Kokos I had was a HIGH GRADE, SHORT PRINT card for a much collected set (1953 Topps)....My card sold for $425 which TIED the high sale price for that card. The other seller was pushing a common Dick Sisler MID GRADE card from a set which, I am sure, doesn't have as big of a following (1953 Bowman Black & White). He is asking $50, which is a 60% markup from VCP average and would be a new world record it it sold!!!! You are a "Master Collector".....I shouldn't have to be bringing these to your attention!
Thanks for the offer, but I will pass on your cards.

We're just taking it one game at a time. We have to give 110%. Anymore cliches? Once again thanks, but I have no use for your overpriced cards.
#1) Ebay auctions starting at .99 cents and $9.99. It is hard to say I sell overpriced cards going this route, because the final price is set by the Ebay buying public! When I have sold cards via this route, I have gotten higher than VCP averages, as well as sold absurdly below VCP averages. I also don't set the final price when sold this way, so hard to say that I am selling "OVERPRICED" cards this route....so onto #2
#2) Buy it Now OR Best Offer. This route, yes, my starting price will be higher than VCP averages, but lower than my competition. Once again, if I am offered a price EVEN REMOTELY close to VCP, then whomever commits the offer, WILL OWN THAT CARD!! No hemming and hawing....I do this to flip cards, not sit and hold them waiting for a miracle price 60%-75% above VCP average! So, when I am selling the cards for VCP averages, it is hard to say that those are overpriced because I am selling for the AVERAGE selling price...
Basically, I called your bluff, you crumbled, and for some reason you are still responding to this thread. You look foolish the more you speak.....
Now, onto StopYurWhining.....you sir, I owe an apology to. I guess I should have not said anything on your thread. You kept bumping it EVERY SINGLE DAY though, and I felt maybe you didn't realize that your price was extremely high, and that's why there was no interest in your card.....therefore I spoke up....to let you know your error....that was a mistake on my part. I do hope you sell your card, and set a new world record for Dick Sisler!
