Are these Pandas Proof or BU ????

    The 93 is MS small date variety
    The 94 is MS Large date variety

    The proof of both of those years are a different Panda design.

    Sbeverly has it right. Begining in 1993, the silver proof pandas had completely different pandas designs from their BU counterparts. Here is a video I just made about silver proof pandas on youtube. Enjoy!
