2008 Legacy Sets?

Maybe I missed something, but have the annual Legacy Sets been discontinued? I'm not finding any mention of a 2008 set on the Mint website.

Appears that way ... also we only had one commem. issued this year.

Last year they didn't put them out until the end of November or beginning of December; may be thhey are waiting until the last minute again

They are being advertised by the mint as "Coming Soon" in this week's issue of Numismatic News.
