fall underneath 11.00 dollars right now. i say 12.10.
I have been watching silver intensely for a while and getting the
opportunity to buy below 11 an ounce requires a full time job.
but my guess for gold shall be 875.

I knew it would happen.
Since I'm rarely correct in my predictions, disregard the above statement...
For example, I thought the Cubs would sweep the Dodgers this weekend

daily swings with no dramamine, have most on the sidelines.
I am getting a bit concerned about the 30-day viability of some
of my SHORT positions in PMs.
It seems unlikely that October will pass without an orchestrated
"surprise," designed to prevent the Dems from taking over. Such
an event - especially if it was international in nature - could mean
a dramatic spike in PM prices; especially gold.
Next week, the prohibition on SHORTs in financial stocks expires.
If the sideline money SHORTs the financials like I think it might,
we could get a shortlived PM bump. Or, as some speculate,
money could come out of PMs and be placed on SHORTs of the
financials; that would, obviously, yield a PM price decline. (The
rule expires on Thursday.)

I dunno.

Storm, That "I dunno"..... thing just drives a trader crazy. I learned for my ownself to sit tight until I feel unreasonably comfortable before
placing an order. I'm never comfortable entering a trade any more because I found I'm usually on the wrong side when its too comfortable.

In early 2007, when the price reversed on my 2006 CFC SHORT, I
thought I was going to need an ambulance. In later 2007, when
the FED cut rates and BAC bailed CFC, I thought my heart was going
to explode.
BOTH TIMES, I threw more money at the position. Worked out.

I'll take a shot and say that gold will bump up for the week. If Goldman Sachs feels it's time to go long, and people are buying up $20 generic slabbed gold to dizzying levels (ie MS64 Saints now at 18 year highs of $1350-$1400), I'll toss my short term hat in the ring with them. Incredible that MS64 saints started off this market in 2001-2002 worth about $375-$450. Each time they appear crushed they come back to surprise.

<< <i>The one thing about Kitco and some of their potential shills like Mr. Gnatsucker is that they are typically anti-gold in nature. This is an odd stance considering they come off as a PM's site. I suspect they are just an overall shill for one of the major banks like JPM or GS. Just my take.
